Operation Serve
Every year, we recruit and train tertiary school graduates to do their national service alongside missions in the communities we work in. Operation Serve training takes place at the Potters House Institute.
We all have our role to play. Our trainings and events help you discover yours.
“Equipping believers with relevant and consistent training is crucial for enhancing their performance in mission work and maximizing impact in fields that are ripe for harvest.
Effective training empowers them to deepen their understanding, develop essential skills, and build confidence, ultimately leading to greater results and a more significant impact for the kingdom.”
– Rev. Selwyn Okai (Lead Chaplain & Training Director, Potter’s House Training Institute)

The Hudson Taylor Missions program focuses on providing missionary training exclusively to health professionals seeking to make a difference in the lives of the the people they interact with.
Through this program, working professionals are trained to impact their various workplaces using culturally appropriate methods. Professionals are encouraged to commit at least 3 years of their working life to this project.
Each year, over 45 experienced resource persons from various walks of life help us in training our students to be effective mission field workers. Our training curriculum covers six main fields of study, namely:
We train and deploy Senior High School graduates to embark on short term missionary trips. Some graduates have also served as volunteer staff during our Potter’s House Training program.
The Discipleship Camp creates an opportunity for indigenous missionaries from the communities we work in to be discipled, trained and inspired to reach their own people with the gospel.
We are always on the lookout for partnerships with impact-oriented people as we continue this great work. Sounds interesting?

Our Global Missions Conference takes places every year across various university campuses in Ghana. In these meetings, we admonish university students to answer the clarion call to be involved missions as the national service period approaches.
We meet every month to host our online prayer program dubbed ‘The World on Our Knees” on Zoom. In an atmosphere filled with passion for the lost and a strong desire to see the Kingdom of God expand, we intercede for various people groups and nations across the world.
We’d love to see you at one of our events to get the chance to better connect with you!
